First Mini!

My name is Edward. I'm originally from England, but now live in Florida.

The Mini has been my dream car since I knew what cars were, and I've finally got one!

I was worried that I wouldn't fit, as I'm 6'8; however, I actually have more head/legroom in my Mini than I had in my SUV.

I was searching for a while to find the best Mini forum. This one seemed to be the best, but if there are others that I should look into, please let me know!

I look forward to getting to know all of you!

Welcome and congrats on the sharp looking MCS. I would love to see the look on peoples faces when such a tall man exits such a small car

Very nice! I'm a bit curious: Which SUV had less head and leg room? Not that I'm cramped in my first gen, and yours is a bit larger. Just wondering.

Oh, and NAM is great for information. I'll PM you the name of my favorite MINI forum, though.

It was a Jeep Patriot. I wasn't cramped in the Jeep, I just feel that I have more room in my Mini.

Id appreciate that!

Hi Edward and welcome.
Come by Sunshineminis.org
It's the Florida motoring club.
The regional clubs all post to that forum.
You can meet other Mini owners and participate in events if you like.

Welcome, there is a surprising amount of room in the front of the MINI.
