Hello all. Less than a week ago I bought a 2010 Cooper S, black with black rims. What a great driving experience, and the thing looked sharp. Unfortunately I already have to ask for advice regarding body damage. Last night somebody bumped into my car when it was parked in town. Thankfully it is only cosmetic, but honestly I feel sick. I wasn't even driving the Cooper for six full days and now it looks like crap,

Here's the damage: a dent in the hood and scratches to the right of the fog light.

Does anyone have advice on what to do about the dent? I really don't want to buy a new hood, but I don't know if its possible to get it to look better.

I know the scratches (more like gouges) are probably a lost cause, I'll just have to do what I can with touch up paint.

Any advice is appreciated.
