I just bought a Monte Carlo 40 year special edition! The MINI needs some very light TLC and some personalization I've been reading up on LED strips and accent lighting projects and I'd like to try it for myself. My first project is to install an adjustable LED accent lighting kit in the interior passenger and driver side foot wells as well as below the passenger and driver seats. The lights will also have a "sound" mode (possibly controlled by a separate controller on its own switch) so I can turn the "sound" mode OFF when I'm driving. I'v been reading up on this for over a while now and I've found some great project tutorials on this site as well as great parts and kits for this type of project. If anyone has any important tips or suggestions for this kind of project please let me know. I'd greatly appreciate it.
