Proud 2011 Mini Cooper S owner after 8 months of car shopping
After 8 months of car shopping and test driving countless cars ranging from a 2012 Ford 150 Raptor to a 2012 Scion xD, I purchased this car in early February. It's the exact change I needed after having a 2004 Ford Mustang (40th Anniversary Edition) since getting my license in 2003.
2011 Mini Cooper S in pepper white. Outside of some CG Locks, no modifications yet. From lurking around, I think a catch can will be the first thing I get, followed by some stiffer springs to rid the squat during acceleration and braking.
Also, just got my first check engine light today at 12,800 miles.
Gonna run my code reader to see what comes up.
Definitely excited to have a zippy little car. It's the perfect match between my 100-mile commute to work, sport-tuned lead foot and piles of surfboards, lol.
