You should be able to go out to the 1st gear forum and click the thread for uploading photos in your posts, it is helping me, so maybe it will help you

The best way to post pictures is to have an account on a photo-sharing site such as flickr, photobucket, imageshack, etc...

Upload your pictures to one of those sites. Then, each of your photos should be listed with a link/URL that you can use to share the pic. When you post a message on NAM, click the "Insert Image" in the toolbar at the top of the window you are typing your message in. Then paste the link to your photo into the box, and when you hit OK, the photo will appear in your message.
