We are OXSpeed and we are working to become the premiere MINI Cooper specialists in the industry. We are not a sister company with alternative interests; we are not a web only company; and we are focused exclusively on MINI. We are a group of professional enthusiasts that realized something was missing from the aftermarket world of MINI. After spending time trying to source parts and services we felt that while most did a good job something just seemed to be .....wrong. We knew we could do better and we decided to prove it.
We realize that you have plenty of options when it comes to shopping for MINI parts and services. We put a lot of thought about what would set us apart from the rest of the MINI World. What we came up with is attention to the little things-- the details. When the time comes to give your four wheel companion some love, the experience can be less than exciting. Anything from the wrong part to lack of customer assistance when the extra attention is needed, the help just isn't always there. There are a million places to buy MINI goodies and the winning bid usually goes to the place that makes you feel comfortable (and let's be honest and has the best price as well). Whether it's a phone call, an email, or a post on NAM we got your back and were going to prove it. Our goal is to earn your trust and show that we are the best choice when it comes to purchasing anything for your MINI. (And yes, our prices are good as well!) Shot a couple of PM's to you over the last week, but even though you've read the PMs, I haven't rcvd a response. Interested in whether you folks do MiniFini or MiniDoMore hitch installs. Understand if you are not doing 'em if you don't consider it part of your business focus, but would appreciate a response either way.
