Hey everyone!

I've been reading in this forum for quite some time now and finally got around to registering. I have a '11 Cooper S Hatch in solid pepper white with a decent amount of extras.

Haven't done any mods yet, except for the stubby antenna (the original MINI one). I might do something to the interior, maybe give the knee rolls a leather treatment, because I really like the look of the JCW dashboard.

Anyway, I look forward to dig through all the inspiring pictures of your MINIs and I'll hopefully be able to show you some mods myself throughout this year!

Greetings from Berlin!

Here are some (not very high quality) pics.

Have you looked into some MINI events over there? mini2.info is a great German resource and when we were there 3 years ago it was very active with lots of cool runs. I think there is even a really big one there in Berlin. It is a great way to meet others that share your interest in MINIs.

Absolutely! I've registered there waaaay before I got my MINI. Great folks, meetings every month and interesting tours.

There are some guys (not especially from Berlin though) from mini2.info on here, chubv and paulteix for instance!

May I ask, what brought you to Berlin? And what made you leave?

Contractor for the US Government. We didn't want to leave but my contract was up and we had no choice at the time. I have the potential to make it back over there someday and I am keeping my finger crossed.

We visited Berlin several times and just loved the pulse of the city. Berlin and Hamburg were to of our favorite spots.

We lived for 2 years in Rauenberg (near Heidelberg) and in Neunkirchen near Weiden for 2 as well. Both towns were great with friendly people.
