New guy from Queens NY
Greetings all
I'm a new to me, 2008 MCS convertible, owner. This is only the second late model (under 10 years old) car I've ever owned, the first being a 2007 Jeep wrangle purchased new in 07 which I still own. The reason for purchasing the Mini was that I've been putting to many miles on my jeep and it only get about 15 MPG so I wanted something small and fun.
I test drove many different small convertibles before deciding on the Mini and liked the MCS best.
I've owned over 45 vehicles in my life, most just for one or two seasons (I get bored easily), but have a few I can't seem to get rid of. They are a 1954 VW cabriolet, a 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass S/W, and a 1978 Jeep CJ7.
I don't wish to bore anyone so I will end my intro here.

Particularly that '54 VW!
Welcome to NAM. First Mini I've ever owned and I love it. Still have my 96 Harley Chopper which I can't seem to let go of either. Anyway, you shouldn't get too bored of the Mini, lots of fun to drive and if you can meet up with a Mini club, it's all the more fun.
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is so cool! Love the green and the yellow lights combo!
