Hi Everyone!!!

Purchased the new love of my life, my 2003 Mini Cooper last monday from a private seller. Although I have ALREADY replaced the clutch today for a pretty penny, I am still super stoked about my purchase and just as obsessed with my car as I could ever be.

I am looking forward to meeting other Mini owners who are as obsessed as I am@ !! I reside in the San Fernando Valley in California, this is my first manual car and I'm lovin it!

Dont be shy!

Congrats and welcome! I'm going through clutch drama myself, at the moment, so I know what it's like. Picked up my 02 MCS a few weeks ago, and despite the money I've had to throw into it, I love it! Go manual!

Thanks everyone! I Sat in the shop for 6 hours yesterday watching them work on my baby. Driving her out of the shop was totally worth the wait though. Pictures to come! Anyone know of any meets coming up in the sfv area? Preferably closer to woodland hills area but I'm flexible!

Congrats on your purchase! Just got my recently too, though I was fortunate enough to not need a new clutch, I am hoping to avoid that for some time! On the plus side, at least that is one less of a worry since you've replaced it. I've always worried about the clutch when I buy used manual transmission cars.
