Hello, All --

Have posted questions on another forum, but thought it time to introduce myself here. I am almost the owner of a new 2012 MCS HT -- it's on the Carmen, which arrived in Baltimore today. My MA told me that if all goes according to schedule, I should expect to take delivery early next week (I live in Northern VA, so it doesn't have far to travel, and I'm not having anything added at the VDC).

I ordered it on 14 September, a month ago today, so it has been a pretty fast process. Luckily for me, the dealer put me on one of his existing allocations, which sped things up.

I know I don't need to say it here, but will anyway -- it's gotten really exciting now to know that my Mini has made it to the States. And almost forgot, the car is Chili Red, with Chili Red roof and mirrors and beige interior. Now I need a good name for her . . .

Nice to meet you! Hope your MINI gets there soon! You'll have to post some pictures when it does. We are into pics. ^^
