Another vote for "Xenons are amazing"!

I ordered them on my car expecting them to be awesome, but had no idea how much until I turned them on for the first time!

This is my first car with xenon projectors. I'll never go back to halogen. I used to put higher output bulbs with whiter color on my halogens, and the stock xenons still put those to shame. I'm considering replacing the OEM xenon bulbs with 8000K bulbs. Might even install some HID fog lamps..

You can make your stock xenons brighter? I wasn't aware of this. How is this done and would it void your warranty on your factory units?

I hope you understand that would significantly reduce nighttime visibility. 8000K (color temperature) makes the light more blue, not have more output. Blue light is less visible to the human eye. Those types of bulbs are sold for styling, not utility. Actually the OEM bulb at about 5400K is about the right color for maximum visibility.

My wife and I both have the xenon lights in our MINIs. Her car just went into the shop and we were given a Clubman Justa with NON-Xenon’s. We both hated driving that car. If anything I would suggest changing out the bulbs. The factory ones looked more brown than clean white light.
