Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and just bought my first MINI about a week ago. I'm a VW/Audi guy but so far the MINI has been AWESOME! I picked up an 09 R55 JCW with only 8,500 miles on it! I traded in my 2010 Audi A4. While I miss a few conveniences of the Audi, the MINI is a BLAST to drive and overall I'm happy with my decision. I'm glad to find NAM as I'm sure I'll learn a lot about my new ride. Now I just need to come up with a name......

We live in Branford, and I work in Westport. So I'm up and down the coast quite a bit.

Tippy, Branford to Westport eh? I do not envy your commute. I work in Wilton so my ride is not as bad as yours.

Congrats and welcome. This place has almost all the info for your new ride. I learn much and have saved money here, I just try the the "search" function first.

My commute does stink, but my work schedule is shifted slightly earlier than most folks (I get to work around 6:45 and leave around 2:45), so I miss the worst traffic most days. And if I want to drive in a more "spirited" fashion, I can take 15.

 

Well at least that's good.

Yes, 15 is a good option. I preferred to take that to Wilton when I lived in Fairfield.
