Mine just got updated to "in the paint shop"! Getting close now! Hope mine can catch a ride on the boat with yours NH_Countryman.

 

Mine is now at the port awaiting a shipping vessel! The ship I think it will be on is at Bremerhaven right now as we speak! Hooray!

 

That's awesome mcd...I am assuming yours will come in to CA? Love Phoenix was just out in June, we have friends in Desert Hills

 

Going to pick up my CTMS at the dealer in Sterling, VA next Friday! Can't wait.

 

Thanks and you are right...Port Hueneme hopefully by the end of September. I've never been to Desert Hills. Is that in Phoenix or Scottsdale?

Last night ASK-MINI told me my CMS4 has an estimated completion date of 7 Sept. I recall seeing another thread that Countryman production won't roll over to the 2013 model year until November so that would put me in need of 2012 Support.

ASK-MINI says my car is being assembled. Getting excited! Too bad it still has to ship all the way here when it's done.

 

You know your obsessed when your checking the weather for Graz (74 and Sunny ) , and looking for a way to contact the auto train LOL . Ok we need to start looking at possible ships CM people lol

 

I've been keeping an eye on NYC-bound boats. My car was at the port the day a ship left (8/31) but it doesn't seem to have made it on that one. There's another boat to NYC tomorrow, so hopefully it'll make it on that one.

 

So automated ASK MINI says mine is in transit! I called back to talk to an operator also but they said I'd have to get any further info from my dealership. I'm pretty sure I know which boat mine is on but it would be nice to hear it officially. Also, its NYK Line so no tracking.

 

Picked up my wife's Countryman S on Saturday night. Had a great time - about 40 MINI club members from all over the state came to surprise my wife at dinner after the delivery. Had a blast! What a way to welcome her into MINI ownership! Fun car!

 

I'll join the fun here and be as fired up as everybody else, while I wait for mine to arrive.

 

I checked the build paper I got from the dealer originally and it looks like mine is supposed to come into the Baltimore, MD port. Looks like a couple more days on the boat for mine than you guys with cars coming into New York.

 

I called ASK-MINI and talked to an operator, and he said it was completed today and handed over to the carrier that will be delivering it to the port of exit. Now I'm really starting to get anxious!

 

Ok I will get in on this. Ordered 8/30, In production 8/31. Found out today my car is in the body shop.

According to ASK-MINI as of today I am in Transport...how long does it take by rail to get up there ????

 

For me it was 2 days between when the automated system said my car was being transported to the port and at the port. Been at the port 5 days so far, may have left this morning. Hopefully it did!

 

Ok so on WW the ships to NY are :

TOMBARRA - 9/5
TORONTO - 9/13
TOPEKA - 9/19

Does PORT depend upon what region you are in, like I am closest to NYC..., but could mine end up going to Baltimore and then trucked up to NH? because it appears all Kline go to Baltimore?
