MINI newbie

Hey everyone. My name is Dave and I got my wife her (and our) first mini a few months ago. 2002 (non S) Mini Cooper. 2dr manual. offwhite/cream color with right at 100k miles.

Probably won't post much but I lurk I am on tons of forums and had lots of cars like a nova, 2 camaros, trans am, some hondas, and lastly before the mini I had a jeep wrangler!

See yall around!

I've been putting upwards of 600 miles on my '02 R50 for a while now. Even when I'm just going to the store, I always take the Cooper. Welcome

Based upon personal experience, BEWARE of all MINIs. The more you drive them, the deeper they set the hook! LOL

Welcome to the board! I have to agree with Dwight! The hook is pretty deep and I have only had my car about a month.

Welcome aboard.

Heck, I've only had mine for 2 weeks, and the hook is very deep.

Enjoy.

LMAO!! Just to prepare you for what could be in stock, I've had my MINI for 3.5yrs/51K and look what's happened (see sig.)! All I wanted to do to start with was to keep the scoop from melting. Things kinda got out of control!
