The roof on my new-to-me 2005 Mini Cooper S is currently not reaching its potential. It simply gives up once it reaches sunroof open status. Stubbornly it is now stuck there. Also, no flashing light on the button when this happens. No sounds. I've checked the shelf position and the tension hoop. All's well there.

I so want to enjoy the splendor of tops down!!
