Hi all,
My name's Eric. My girlfriend just bought a 2011 Pepper White Clubman. I figured I'd get on here and lurk and read mostly, because I'm a nerd like that and must learn as much as I can about stuff I'm newly involved with... She's not the type to spend lots of time on various automotive forums, but I am.
I daily drive a '99 Silverado and play with a '91 Mustang LX 5.0. I'm not sure her Mini would stand a chance against either in a drag race, but it definitely out-handles both of mine, and its clutch is much lighter than the one in my Mustang... Lots of fun to drive, and it's different from both of my rides, so variety is nice (so is the fuel mileage). I guess the most important thing is she likes her Mini about 1000x more than the '05 Equinox she had prior to it. I told her, "life's too short to drive a car you don't like."
