Hope I'm doing this correctly. I've owned my 2005 Mini-S coupe Works version for two years. It had 18000 mi on it when I bought it. My only problem so far has been the sudden loss of power to both of the power outlets/cig lighters. Can't see that there is any fuse for these so they've stayed non-functional. I put smaller wheels and higher walled (non-run-flat) tires on it as soon as I got it, to try to soften the ride a little. It seems to have helped. I'm amazed at how much cargo I can get into the little car. The road noise is attrocious, but I've put on "quiet tread" tires which also seems to have helped with that.

All in all, it's a great little car! I'm a proud owner.

Welcome!
I have a 2005 Cooper and absolutely love my car!
She will be 6 years old tomorrow and I plan on keeping her until she dies. She now has 107000 miles and everyone of them I have given her!

Welcome to the forum, yes MINI's are not known for their quietness but it's quieter than a helicopter.
