Soon to be Mini owner

Hi all, I'm taking over the lease on a 2010 Mini S, I should have it by next week. I'm switching from a 335xi which I'll miss greatly but I'm looking forward to the Mini. The sticker says that it has the Aerodynamic Kit, but when I Google the Aero Kit it looks nothing like what's on the car. Can you guys clear this up for me? I also can't tell the difference from a regular Mini without the Aero Kit. Here are some pictures.

It does have painted trim. Looks like a lip going around the car. I would guess there is a kit.... but does not look like the JCW kit? Hmmmmm

I've seen that kit on some cars in my area. I don't know what it's called though. It deletes all the textured black plastic trim and replaces it with painted... much more noticeable on a car that isn't black (I saw a Laser Blue with it the other day and did a bit of a double take). Also - and visible in your photos - there are vents in the rear bumper cover about where the stock fog lights would be.

That's the factory aero kit, I don't think you can get it anymore.

Yeah, I think they stopped it last year. It looks good though.
