Hello from the foothills of the white mountains

Hi everyone, I just got my Mini a couple days ago. I thought I was in love with my Jeep Wrangler, then I met my dream car and it was instant love. Pepper White Mini Cooper S. I hope to pick peoples brains, maybe meet some fellow miniholics, and basically just have a good time.

Don't feel bad I thought I was in Love with my 03 Wrangler until I test drove my Sisters new 2011 Cooper S. Ten days later I found a new 2010 left over loaded for the right price.Well say no more I left Her High and Dry no regrets until the next Blizzard any way

Welcome!

I'm in love with the area that you live in... Last weekend I came up from MA to do an early morning run on the Kankamagus (didn't try Bear Notch) before dropping down to Laconia for Sunday's SCCA autocross.

Great part of the country for a Mini - particularly in Spring time.

I wish you many joyful motoring miles.

Cheers,

Charlie

I've loved my '02 Jeep for the last 9 years. Then I researched, priced, and drove a Countryman and ordered one. I've always loved the Jeep, but my total infatuation and obsession with the MINI is on a whole other level.

I'm selling my second Jeep Wrangler to get my MINI. I've had Wranglers since '95 and I loved them. I just got tired of the lengthy process of removing all the windows and struggling to get the top down and back up.
I can't wait to be able to just sit back and push a button and watch it all happen on it's own.

The Countryman has everything I needed from my Jeep (hatchback, AWD, good for my dogs) but gave me the gas mileage I wanted. And it's freaking cool to boot, so win-win-win.

Welcome! Funny how many people have been pulled towards the mini from other cars.

Very true. The uniqueness was a big factor for me.
