Hello everybody. I just brought home a 04 Mini Cooper S. She has 40k on the clock and chili red. Its been a blast to get to know her so far! I have been reading up on this forum for the last few days and I am excited to learn and contribute to the community here. BTW, I got concerned about my power steering fan, thanks to you all, and looked under the car, fan guard is installed

Thanks guys. I'm thinking the first thing I'm going to do when I have a weekend off is refresh my front suspension and perhaps remove the run-flats. The current tires have plenty of tread life left, but are starting to dry rot. I'm guessing she hasn't seen much road time in a while. Can't understand why, I can't find a single thing wrong with her other than a small tear on the hand brake boot and a very small chip in the windshield.
