I purchased a Cooper S last week that has a 4/21 completion date. I narrowly escaped my wife's green passion for something Prius like. The hardest part was when she found out it uses Premium fuel. Heaven forbid that the MA uses the "turbo" word. My strategy was to keep her focused on letting me get the manual tranny I wanted and hoping she concentrated on color and mpg. Life is good. Appreciate all the information and excitement folks have shared.

Congrats on your new MINI, yours sounds fairly close to the '11 MCS I just got, Oh, and the MINI was voted one of the greenest cars on the planet on multiple lists. kbb, is just one example.
