I couldn't take it anymore. I was going to wait until June to place the order, but the anticipation was killing me! So, I went down to the dealership last night and talked numbers and put in my order. Woot woot! Here's what I got:

Cold Weather Package
16" 6-Spoke Rims
Xenon headlights/Black housing/White turn-signals

Now, the wait begins....

Congrats! Believe me the wait is worth it. You got your MINI just the way you want it. You also have time to look and any other after market items for when the mod bug bites you . When you do get yours and you drive it home for the first time you will have the biggest grin in the world. Oh, and you also will get great gas mileage too! So welcome to the MINI world

 

Thanks! They talked to me about getting into an MCS on the lot, which wasn't bad, but it didn't have the options that I wanted and was going to be more money. So I stuck to my guns and went with my gut.

Also, I have about a 50 mile drive home from the dealership, so I'll have a perma-grin on my face at least for the day.

I ordered mine on March 26. The status is still "on order", no production scheduled yet. Hopefully that will change soon.
