Got mine yesterday

Hey everyone, I bought a 2011 Cooper S hardtop on Monday, and took delivery last night. The car was still wrapped in plastic when I picked it out, so they had to get it ready. I also added a clear bra, full tint all the way around including the sunroof, and some sport stripes. Anyway, I love the thing so far, its very fun to drive. The break-in period is probably going to kill me though, lol. I work from home, so I'll have to go out of my way to rack up some mileage.

Here are some pics. It was REALLY bright outside so they didn't come out well, but better than nothing for now.

Thanks everyone! Yes I'm already looking for excuses to take a drive. I traded in a 2010 Mustang GT for this car, which was a great car in its own right, but was my 3rd GT in a row. I was feeling like I wanted something different this time, and the great mileage on the MINI was enough to push me over. Very impressed with it so far!

Man I just got back from a quick ride down the mountain to Denver, and all I have to say is... why wasn't I notified sooner how awesome these cars are?!

I can't wait to experience the same thing. I got a glimpse in my test drive a couple months ago and I was hooked!

OMG I know..... the break in period is so awful!! I'm still only less than 500 miles on my MINI... just a little bit longer! Once she is broken in though I'll see how she keeps up with my husbands 135i when we cruise together haha .

Yeah I just broke a little over 300 since Wednesday when I picked it up with 7 miles. I keep looking for excuses to drive it. Its going to take me a while since I work from home though. I think if its nice next weekend, I may just drive it up to Estes Park or something to try and throw a few hundred on...
