Just bought a purple 2005 Mini convertable. I'm lovin it. Bought it from a private party and it seems to be in excellent shape with 72K miles, Gotta get used to all the lights and what they mean. Also hoping that my mechanic is able to work on these and able to reset the system after work is done. The only problem is that visibility when backing up is really bad, I'm considering a back up camera system.

Rear vision is always a problem with rag tops, unless the top is down which can get cold, wet and generally unpleasant if you do it all the time.
