I hear ya. My husband bought one back in '07. I drove it once at the track and I was hooked! I just purchased my own last June. It's been great!

Wife and I are getting a kick out of all the feedback, she knows it's her MCS but is willing for me to have the illusion it's ours. We live in Washington, DC and one car is the limit, but she is willing to share from time to time.

 

Our 2-MINI family started wih my better half following me in MY MINI to take my '69 Pontiac to the local dealer for display. As we were driving all I could see in my rearview was the smile getting bigger and bigger. I knew I wasn't giving up the keys so sure enough...2 weeks later the dealer found exactly what he wanted sitting at the VPC, pulled it down and the rest is history.
