Hello Anyone who can help!

I have a 2009 black mini hardtop, manual transmission. I recently had my front and rear brakes and sensors replaced and not by the dealer. The milage countdown went down to 0 and thats when the brake indicator light went on so I had the brakes and sensors replaced. The brake indicator light on my dash wont go away now and the countdown pops up every time i start my car (it shows a picture of my mini on a lift and says "brake"). The brakes work fine and I trust the work done by the mechanic, I just want the brake indicator light to go off. how do I reset the computer to make it go away?
