Hi from NC!
I bought my 2011 Clubman S this past weekend, loving it! We are now a two MINI family, with my husband driving a 2010 Cooper S. We are also both members of Tar Heel Mini Motoring Club.
I have loved the MINI for years, but never owned one until September '10 when I gave in and let my husband buy one (he had just bought a new car less than a year earlier!!)... I had been resisting his pleas for a different car, but MINIs were my weakness. I of course fell in love with the Cooper right away, and just had to have my own. Since it didn't make a lot of sense to have two Coopers we waited to check out the Countryman, but came away with a Clubman. The Countryman just isn't the same thrill!
I am now the proud owner of a laser blue Clubman S with black roof/mirrors. I am working out which stripes to put on it now, once I get them installed I will post some photos. Plus the weather has been miserable all week.
