hello everyone, just bought my first mini, 04 Cooper with only 24,000 miles. First thing I did was take the run flats off and put on a set of Yokahomas, man that made all the difference in the word in ride. Really enjoying the post here and hope contribute some of my own.

+4 on the run flat replacement!! I did the same thing when I got mine a week ago. I picked up a set of BFGs from firestone @ 466.50 installed + road hazzard.

NJ Mini: What part of NJ are you in? I work near the Moorestown Mall (south jersey) I want to start a mini's and coffee meet on Thursday nights after work...
