trying to solve a lighting problem on a 2005 mini cooper, 1.6L, 2dr coupe

when the headlights are on low beam, only the right one is on, when hi-beam is on - right hi beam and left low beam are on, all right side turn signals do not work, when parking lights are on, only front lights work, and right stop light is not working, on a 2005 mini cooper , 2dr coupe, 1.6L, 129,500 mile car
any help or ideas on fixes?
and if it is the body control module, where can i find how to re-program the car after it is replaced?
thanks for reading post.

When did this start?
After an accident? Flood? Bodywork? Struck by lightning?!

Did you ever find a fix to this problem? I have very similar issues with a '04 mini.
