Well, I've figured out how to get my pic into the signature, but still can't figure out how to get one in the body of the post....

Here's how:
Upload your pictures to an online photo gallary like Flickr. Copy the URL of the picture, and then press the picture icon on the message tool bar (yellow square with grey mountians). Next, copy the URL in the utility window. Click OK. Repeat.
