Hi, I just picked up a 2003 MCS...electric blue with white top and mirror caps..
Been looking around for what I should get to start the modifications...

Is there an order that fits best on the R53, for upgrades?
pulleys, exhaust, intake....Just looking for some quick advice...

I would go exhaust, intake, first.

But if you have a lot of cash to drop into your MINI I would definitely go exhaust, intake, tune (alta performance), 15%-17% pulley. Hope this helps, and here is a pretty good site for mods that I've found.
