Disclaimer: I have no idea if those seas are rough for a 800ft long cargo ship. Also, I don't know how to exactly read marine METARs. I'm a pilot, not a ship captain.
i feel like the cargo ships will plow threw that like a 4x4 in the snow

My ships location hasn't changed for almost a day and half....arrrrrrghhhh!!!!

Tried the other two boat tracking services above and the location of the Tristan (SKWI) hasn't updated on one and the other shows the ship as a trawler and in port. Ha!

I saw the same thing with my ship. They would post their position at 6, noon, and 6PM, but not at midnight. Then they seemed to drop off the map just before docking. Turns out they had already docked and unloaded!

Mine was in the middle of the Atlantic when it disappeared...hope it's not in the Bermuda Triangle!!!

Yeah, that's what I saw. I don't know much about ships, but do they change course to get a tail wind?

If it was a sail boat, the more wind, the better, to a point. But I think in this case they will just barge through it.

The TOPEKA is now at the dock in Baltimore. Of course there's one heck of a storm blowing through there right now. Hopefully our MINI's will get into the VDC tomorrow!

RDemo2, minipilot515, Claudia13, others??, looks like we all came over on the Topeka. I know the ship has set sail out of Port Baltimore, so our Mini's should all be on shore. I don't have anything updated at all regarding getting into VDC. So when any of you hear something, post up. I'll do the same.

I'll probably get in touch with my MA tomorrow to see what he knows.
