hello to all the Mini owners!!
i don't even have my car yet... but i'm excited to get my Mini and hope to find good info and ideas on the site
i am looking for replacement trim pieces for all the exterior chrome on my CooperS (to be delivered to the US at the end of June). i'd love to replace all or most of it with black pieces. anyone with any US parts sites to check out would help a lot.

Well.. welcome to the family.. Post pics of your baby when you can!! Most people black out their chrome trim with vinyl.. Lyle from Vinyl Styles does it or Aesthetic Creation also makes molded pieces to fit over your door handles, etc. GOOD LUCK!

Welcome and congrats! I met a few helpful people on this board, and one of them actually wrote up a nice guide on how he blacked out his beltline using Super 33+ electrical tape! I haven't tried it yet but you can't beat the cost. (Hope eR1c doesn't mind me pimping his tips out)

Of course, as Wolfeee suggests, Lyle's Vinyl Styles and Aesthetic Creations are solid choices as well. Good luck, and can't wait to see the new MINI.
