Hello, I am a brand new Mini owner, well almost, I pick her up on Friday 4/30 and I am so excited. I have been reading a lot of the entries here as well as on the Mini site, wow what a fantastic group of people all of you are. I will try to post a picture of her once I pick her up. She is Chili Red MCS with white bonnet, side mirror andd roof strips.
Yes, her name is MiniD even though she is not a diesel (I got questioned on that due to the UK has the Mini in diesel). The reason I named her Mini D is that my license is CindiD
Ah. Well, that makes a lot of sense. My baby is Violet, even though she'll be all black. I'll just touch her up with purple seat covers and probably purple stripes.

Your baby is gorgeous rataczak. My baby is the same color, but since there are 1000's of different add on's they are not the same. I think that's one of the things I really like about the Mini. Anyone can order a car/truck to some of their specific wants, but how many company's have as many different options like Mini (NONE)!! I don't think there are too many Mini's that are the same if any.

Thanks! She's in production but I don't know where in production she is. The automated system says she's scheduled for completion May 1st. Looking at the ship schedule, I don't think she'll get on one til something like the 10th.
