Welcome! To post the pictures - once you have them in the gallery, just right click copy on the picture, go to your new post, right click paste.

Use the Sig-o-matic link on the home page to set up you signature and choose a picture for your signature that will appear at the bottom of all of your posts. It is not really intuitive when you first start!
