Just got my new 2010 dark silver MINI and can't stop driving it! I was a VW Beetle guy for 10 years...I'm talkin the good ones had a '71 and a '72 (still have this one in a garage on mothballs). Then I was a Jeep guy for 9 years (Scrambler, 2 Cherokees, 3 dif wranglers including the 07 I just traded).

I have seen the light!!! Always thought Coopers were cool and then I drove one...DONE DEAL! Just ordered my Whalen 8-ball shifter and lovin life!

 

I just got my Mini about 2 weeks ago and I feel the same way! I don't think that the general public knows just what a premium small car this is. I got a Horizon Blue Cooper S and I just love driving it! Welcome

Yeah driving a MINI makes many converts and most stay converted. good luck and congrats.

 

Congrats and welcome! Nice color too. I've had my dark silver MCS convertible since June and still look for excuses to drive it. Can't really explain it - but it is just so much fun. Just recently put a JCW carbon fiber hood scoop on mine and it looks great on the dark silver.

 

Congrats on the car, I have a Whalen **** in both my cars and they are fantastic.

I'm a new owner too and feel the same way. I already want a clubman to compliment my convertible. So much fun to drive that I forget where I'm going too. It's not about the destination but about the ride!!!
