Hello

Hey guys! Just got myself an 03 Cooper S and love it!

I'm going to keep it mostly stock for now, but I'd just like to make a couple small changes. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a boost gauge that looks good and matches the interior of the car. Pictures of how you mounted it would be sweet too (or a link to another thread where it's been discussed). Also, where is a good place to tap into the intake? This is probably actually obvious, but I haven't looked at it too closely under the hood yet.

Thanks!

I've always liked the OEM version: http://new.minimania.com/web/Item/nmi7625/invDetail.cfm

Granted it costs a pretty penny, but it looks awesome.

Thank you Alerious, those are perfect. But you are right a little on the higher end side. Maybe an early christmas present from from the Mrs.

Oh and just wondering, would something like that be hard to install myself? like would i have to take apart the whole dash to plug the wires in? Or do they come with instructions on how to do it? Sorry about all the questions, i'm a little new at all of this.

I'm sorry that I can't answer your question, but did want to say congratulations and welcome.
I just got my MINI Clubman last August and have learned so much from the helpful and friendly folks here on the board.
