First Car- First Mini

Hey all,

My names Matt. I'm 18 in Charlotte, NC. And this is my first car, my 03 MCS (6speed) =]

Please don't vilify me for getting a mini as my first car. It seems to be a very popular thought of seasons mini owners.

Any tips =]

Pic is dated- taken the day before i came home to see it in the driveway. (parents picked it up for me early)

Also doesn't show Magnaflow Exhaust

Well what a great way to start your car ownership career. Can't think of a better car and know you are going to have a wonderfull time with your MINI and can only wish good luck with your new best friend.

Congrats and welcome to NAM. What a great first car.

I am jealous. My first car was an old 1966 Chrysler Simca with a 46 hp (I believe) engine! Not sure if I would have had enough restraint to stay out of the turbo at 18 years old. Of course with only 40 HP there simply was NO temptation

Sharp MINI. Enjoy!! and be careful with the little beast.....

There is no better first car to start off with then a Mini. Congrats and welcome to NAM. I would look at getting a cold air intake. No better and cost effective way to give you a little hp. But there is no end to the mod's you can do to it. Most of all have fun with it.

I've already got a K&N filter in there. Forgot to post it up. =]

Next up is bonnet stripes and driving lights.

Anyone have a set used let me know

Lose the obnoxioius Crankees sticker (or get one that's about 10x smaller).

Other than that... great car, welcome to the fray.
