First Car- First Mini

Hey all,

My names Matt. I'm 18 in Charlotte, NC. And this is my first car, my 03 MCS (6speed) =]

Please don't vilify me for getting a mini as my first car. It seems to be a very popular thought of seasons mini owners.

Any tips =]

Pic is dated- taken the day before i came home to see it in the driveway. (parents picked it up for me early)

Also doesn't show Magnaflow Exhaust

Well what a great way to start your car ownership career. Can't think of a better car and know you are going to have a wonderfull time with your MINI and can only wish good luck with your new best friend.:)

Congrats and welcome to NAM. What a great first car.

I am jealous. My first car was an old 1966 Chrysler Simca with a 46 hp (I believe) engine! Not sure if I would have had enough restraint to stay out of the turbo at 18 years old. Of course with only 40 HP there simply was NO temptation :)

Sharp MINI. Enjoy!! and be careful with the little beast.....

There is no better first car to start off with then a Mini. Congrats and welcome to NAM. I would look at getting a cold air intake. No better and cost effective way to give you a little hp. But there is no end to the mod's you can do to it. Most of all have fun with it.

I've already got a K&N filter in there. Forgot to post it up. =]

Next up is bonnet stripes and driving lights.

Anyone have a set used let me know

Lose the obnoxioius Crankees sticker (or get one that's about 10x smaller).

:impatient:

Other than that... great car, welcome to the fray.
