Late last week the automated ASK-MINI has been telling me that my MINI is in the paint shop with an estimated completion date of 10/10. It is still saying that now, even though it is the 13th. Is this normal?

 

yeah don't worry, it doesn't get updated super frequently

MINI's automated system is not always up to speed though it has been my best source of information (versus the MINI website), additionally, my MA has been able to fill in some of the gaps.

You will find that to keep track of your little one's progress you will have to be part detective and part bloodhound...

All joking aside, don't hesitate to use all the resources at your disposal, namely:

1) MINI website (Owners Lounge)
2) 1-866-ASK-MINI (both the automated and with the customer service rep)
3) Your MA at the dealership
