Potential MINI owner - Baltimore recommendations?

Hello all! I am not a MINI owner, yet, but I've caught the bug and thought I'd get on here to do some research. I've found myself in a situation where my current car, 2002 Mazda Protege5, needs a new engine and I'm at the crossroads of new (used) car or engine replacement. I'm torn b/c I love my P5 but it's worth less now than the engine replacement job would cost.

So tomorrow I embark on some due diligence by test driving some MINIs. My biggest question is how do I find the best place to get the best deal on a MINI Cooper? I've read about MINI Next - should I look for that? It's been years, 7 actually, since I bought a car and I want to go in educated. I'm in the Baltimore area so if anyone knows of a dealership to recommend in this area please let me know. Thanks!

Most Minis are sold pretty close to MSRP.

So I would tend to go with a dealership that is convenient and has a good service reputation.
