Mine is at the dealer... All the dealer-installed parts are there except for the JCW aero kit, and they are starting to install them today.

So, MZL was correct - about a week from the dock to the dealer.

 

The Don Carlos seems to parked on the Atlantic side of the Canal (with lots of other ships) waiting to make the passage. I hope they got a reservation.

 

Thats odd, I was expecting the parts are install by VDC. but thats what i assumed. But Congratz. when are you picking it up?

 

What's VDC? (never mind - I just figured VDC out - vehicle distribution center) In any case, they were dealer installed. Mostly little things, except the aero kit (which, after stopping at the dealer last night is backordered with no specific ETA).

So, I decided to pick it up on Friday and have the aero kit done when it comes in.

So, what's the deal with the front license plate holder on these cars? My MA was mentioning something about that he didn't put the holder on yet and that was a good thing?

I bought a Mini graphic for the roof and regular Aero kit not JCW. If dealers install them, I would think they should arrive before the car...

 

Well I took delivery of Lorelai last night! I couldn't be happier.

 

Im still waiting for the call... hopefully my kits arent back order as well. but im not taking delivery until everythings installed

 

Took delivery. today, Mini Roof Graphic wasn't being install because the tech fell while working and is in hospital, have to go back next week. Wasn't able to take any pictures, the weather was crap, and it's too dark. I will get some pictures up soon when the weather clears. I assume everyone else got their cars too since no one's posted anything yet :D
