Hi All,
Time to introduce ourselves, been lurking for info here for a while and since Tuesday we're part of the Club!! Picked up a great '04 MCS in Cincinatti (MuShadd's Mini, some of you may know him and/or his all-black Mini) and we're now on our way back home to Seattle
Typing this on a rather slow connection in Rapid City, South Dakota (the more interesting part (as in, more twisty roads) of this trip should start tomorrow - Black Hills National Park and Yellowstone ).
Will post a trip report including pics when we get back, initial impressions are great!! The car rocks, it runs like a dream and is superior in pretty much every way I can think of over our previous Audi A4..

Sounds like a good trip. When mine comes in I should plan a long trip as well to really get to know the car.

What fun! Congratulations on your journey with your now well-acquainted MINI. I took my MINI to Long Island to visit relatives just a couple weeks after I got it. Much as I like them, it would be absolutely hard to beat your trip!
