Can't Believe I did it!!

Hi everyone,
I've been lurking for a long time now.. Going through phases of Mini fever.. well several cars and years later I now did it. I just ordered a 2010 Mini Cooper from the monrovia dealership here in socal. It is as follows:

1010 Cooper Hardtop
851 Chili Red paint
K8E1 Grey/Carbon Black Letherette
1CA C02 relevent vehicles
226 Sport Suspension***
249 Multi-function steering wheel
2VB Tire pressure monitor
300 Space-saver spare
382 Roof and mirror caps in white
4UF Sport button
550 On-board computer
6ND Bluetooth and USB/iPod adapter
842 Cold-climate version
8SP CO2 control
925 Shipping package

*** this is the only option i had asked for.

This now brings me to my first question. I've read that the multi function steering wheel will become standard for the 2010 model; however I have heard nothing of the bluetooth/ipod being standard. The dealer had asked if I wanted it for an option and I said no. I see it now on the paper and am wondering if it is now standard or it's been ordered with it as an option. For 2009 it is a $500 option! Not something I'm willing to pay for (even if just on principal alone). Sorry, no prices.. everything says 'blocked' under msrp. I will post up once I hear, although I'm sure some insider on the forum will get the news before i do This worries me a little; the potential msrp price hike. I am anticipating ~$200 (multi wheel is a $250 option for 09) but if the msrp goes up $600-700 it's going to irk the hell outta me.

None the less, I'm very stoked and I haven't even gotten back my apr rate from the bank yet! hahah of course this is a little too early to celebrate and I might still be in the market for an 09' doing the %1.9 deal.

For reference, my current car is a 99' mazda miata. Great car, amazing communication and such neutral handling, I've an R54 (? the first gen supercharged) extensively (ex-gf) and an R56 at the dealer and they were/are very fun so I've got no buyers remorse so far! haha

Order Status: 112-Scheduled for daily...? any idea what this means?

Thanks all and glad to be apart of the action!

Congrats on your order! Now comes the hard, obsessively tracking the status of your MINI through the build and delivery cycle. See the FAQs section for information on how to track your MINI.

FYI, the first generation ('02-'06) MCS is an R53.

Welcome to the quirkly world of Minis - I not obsessive / compulsive, I just like certain things in certain ways.

Welcome

I toyed with the idea of ordering, but then found one I couldn't build if I wanted to - price prohibited that.

Stay plugged in and certainly send pics when she hits the ground.

Best Motoring ahead.
