Code P0304

Code P0304
Hi,
I have MCS 2002, 94K, my car start running raff, and lost some power, checked codes and I got P0304, changed, spark plugs and ignition coil, but still have the same problem ( P0304 code is still on). Also when I start the engine my engine light is on and flashes and the DSC light is on.
Any suggestions,
