Im in the army and stationed in Italy, just picked up a 93 mini cooper rover. I never even been in a mini let alone drive one and i was suprised how fun it was to drive, Id like you all to let me know how much modifications i can do to an older mini and where to start?

Most folks do the basics for a while; fresh sport tires, perfect tune ups, all new fluids, basic suspension work, etc. Then drive it and it`ll tell you what it wants.
