Ran over trash on Interstate now the question

Ok,
I m not precious about my 2006 Cooper S but I have to fix this damage from running over a tire which some huge truck left on the highway. I am not sure what you call the pieces which were damaged. They are plastic and below the bumper etc. I will be taking the car into the dealer and my insurance companies authorized body shop but I'd like to see what those parts cost myself.
thanks for any suggestions short of buying the Bentley manual which I may do anyway. Or is there a better one?

Check out www.RealOEM.com for great pics and parts lists. If the body shop does anything with the radiator make sure they know to bleed off the air or you could end up with a air lock in the system and over heat the motor. Common issue with body shops.
