New to the forum and new to owning a Mini. My name is Scott and have bought the wife a 06 Cooper S. Black on black. And we LOVE it! We purchased the car 3 weeks ago on a Friday, and by Sunday, we had it on TDGP in Talladega,AL for a track day! Unfortunately it was a very wet event, but still fun to say the least. I had already set up to go with my other car, so this wasn't a purchase to have something to drive there, we payed per driver, not per car, so I decide to take both our cars to see what she can do in stock form. I was very surprised about how well composed it was given the conditions.

Now I don't have hugh plans for the car just yet, but I have a few plans for it I would like to do and will proceed after the 36K mark. As for now, I have ordered a set of ALTA lowering springs (Thanks Chris @ ALTA), 17 Racing Hart EVO C3s getting painted @ this time and thats about it for now. About 1K to go before CAI, exhaust and haven't decided on which S/C pulley to go with yet. Later in life a sway bar, and camber kit, but nothing too radical since the wife will be driving this everday, Who know.LOL!
