The New MINI XXL

MINI XXL" Limo to Transport Guests of the Exclusive Galea Club

The MINI limousine makes its debut in the MINI@Galea club in Athens on 11 augusts for the international press, celebrities and public. The MINI can be seen at the Galea Club until the end of August, when it will go on a tour of Europe and Asia. MINI XXL was converted in Los Angeles and features the classic red and white MINI paint scheme and comes fitted with the John Cooper Works tuning kit. Measuring up at 6.3 meters long the four door MINI XXL has been heavily modified inside and out from factory specification to give all the luxury you might expect from a regular Limo, but with a little more style!

The MINI XXL is equipped with a third rear axle and additional wheels, at the rear of the vehicle is a Whirlpool Spa which can be covered in transit and enjoyed when you find somewhere suitable to park up and enjoy the high life.
The rear of the Limo comfortably fits four people and includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD Player, Intercom, Telephone, Sunroof and Air Conditioning! The passenger compartment is also shielded from the drivers cab, as you'd expect for such a luxury model!
The MINI@Galea club activities intend to underline the affinity of MINI with music. As a continuation on the Isle or MTV tour, where MINI official provided the official "wheels", MINI is again positioning itself in Athens as a trendsetter and pioneer for new music.

ISNT IT SO COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I wonder how many MINIs were cut up to come up with this limo? I like it and really shows all the body variant possibilities of the current R50 platform (Hear that BMW?)

If a MINI LIMO can be built and driven, so does a MINI Traveller station wagon!

MINIUSA, don't make us wait until 2007 to get a MINI Traveller!!!!

Based on 6 wheels and four front doors I'd say at least parts from two full MINIs were needed. maybe more.

But with all that added weight does anyone think that the four cylinder MINI engine and transmission can keep up to the task?

I wonder how much of the swimming pool water would spill out on an autocross course?

Does it have a parking sticker for the "bus lot"?

That's just plain stupid! What of a waste of several perfectly good MINIs and a JCW kit. Disgusting.

That's three MINI's pulled by one motor! Good luck. God forbid it has the "yo-yo"!!! That would be a lot of sloshing water!

Or the Stumble...driver to occupants: "put your champagne down, i'm going to take off now"!

I think it's kinda cool, but from the look of the second set of doors, it doesn't look like they made any adjustments to them, notice where the forward top part of each door curves up and the pillar doesn't match it.

It's quite a large interior that I bet there are two AC units which even with 200 HP JCW kit will be quite a drain on power.

Six heavy S-Lyte wheels with runflats. I'd suspect that the load limit is being reached. Figure about 1100 pounds load per tire x 6 would make the limo weight about 5000. That would be like bolting an MC onto the top of a JCW MCS plus add two more wheels.

Imagine it stopping with stock brakes? I don't think so.

Is it bad to have your exhaust tail pipes extend over 30 feet to reach the mufflers?

But it has no soot. The hot tub doubles as a water bong and filters the exhaust. It's a tree-hugger's delight!

...here we go!
