2009 MSC in DFW Tx
Well... We got my wife a 2009 MINI Cooper S on Saturday from MINI of Dallas. Jorge did a great job helping us and was extremely knowledgeable.
I've spent my time since we got it working on it to make it mine... uhh... I mean ours
The first thing was the front/rear channel swap. (non-hifi) Next was hard wiring the TomTom and the radar detector. I've spent the last two days adding a 12" sub in the back. It was a real PITA, and I've never been good at building pretty, but I'm very happy with how it turned out. Tell me what you think.
We've been having a blast driving it! My wife has never owned a sporty car and grins ear to ear every time she drives it. She's been all over the forums and pre-MINI wasn't a car person at all.
Anyway... gotta go drive somewhere

We're just west of Fort Worth. Sure... I'll do your sub, but you won't like the cost

LOL, my dad was class of '75 at LHHS. I graduated from Grapevine High School but I still consider Dallas my home. I really wish that we hadn't moved because then I would have graduated from both my dad's high school and his college. Wouldn't it be crazy if y'all had known each other way back when?

Indeed...and if he didn't know me he might have known my sister and/or brother. Small world. They were just grading LBJ Freeway at Plano Road when my family moved to DFW.

I can't even imagine LBJ not existing. Given how small my world has proven to be, I would not be at all surprised if you or your siblings knew someone in my family.
